Absolutely. Many of our clients start from zero. The program is built around your current level — your coach will start you at the right pace and build progressively. No prior experience needed.
Yes — always. Your nutrition plan is built around your actual food preferences, including Indian meals, regional cuisines, and your daily eating patterns. No boiled chicken and salad. Real food, real portions.
No gym required. What matters for fitness is resistance training and progressive overload — not where you do it. At home, some basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands may be needed, but your coach will design your program entirely around what you have access to.
Each week you fill in a short check-in — weight, energy levels, and adherence. You'll also be required to share meal photos, step counts, and workout details for accountability. Your coach reviews everything, adjusts your plan where needed, and sends detailed feedback. Between check-ins, WhatsApp support is available for any questions.
The evidence-based, sustainable rate is 0.5–1% of your body weight per week. This preserves muscle while losing fat. For a 70 kg person, that's 350–700g per week, or roughly 1.5–3 kg per month. For an 80 kg person, 400–800g per week. Going faster almost always means losing muscle alongside fat — and the weight comes back.
The program is built for busy, irregular lives. Your coach factors in travel weeks, social events, and schedule changes. That said, some discipline is required — travel doesn't mean a nutrition vacation. The plan flexes within structure, it doesn't disappear when life gets busy.
No refunds. All payments are final once made. Our coaches invest significant time building your personalised plan from day one. If you have doubts, speak with us on WhatsApp before paying — we'd rather answer your questions first.
Yes — because calories come from food, and accuracy matters. But your coach will simplify this so it's practical. For example, 50g of raw atta becomes approximately 70–80g of cooked roti. Once you know these conversions for your regular meals, you don't need to measure raw ingredients every day.
Yes. Training is important, but it's not the primary driver of fat loss. The main factors are what you eat (calories in) and how much you move throughout the day (walking and general activity). Weight training at 3 days per week is genuinely good enough to preserve muscle and support your health.
